Chantelle Krish
Chantelle Krish is a community-driven executive with multi-sector experience and a leadership approach rooted in collaboration to advance systemic change. Chantelle has spearheaded advocacy initiatives addressing systemic barriers to gender equality, leading to policy changes at all levels of government.
Chantelle is currently the CEO of Big Sisters of BC Lower Mainland, a leading non-profit organization that creates meaningful relationships through mentorship to over 650 girls, young women and gender diverse youth across the region. Her mission is to empower girls and youth to one day change the world.
In 2018, Chantelle received a Business in Vancouver Forty under 40 award in recognition of her career growth and commitment to equality. Chantelle is an active volunteer and has been on the boards of Minerva and BC Women’s Health Foundation.
A communicator at heart, Chantelle believes the key to moving the needle on social change starts with building an informed and empathetic public.
